These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpha-Pe website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Alpha-Pe
Alpha-Pe Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates as a digital loan distribution and comparison platform. We are NOT a lender. We connect borrowers with RBI-registered banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). All loan products are offered and disbursed by our partner lenders.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A resident of India
- Legally competent to enter into binding contracts
- In possession of valid identity and address documentation
3. Services Provided
Alpha-Pe provides the following services:
- Loan comparison and recommendation based on your profile
- Credit score checking service
- EMI calculation tools
- Loan application submission to partner lenders
- Partner (DSA) program management
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
5. Loan Terms & Conditions
Loan approval, interest rates, disbursement, and repayment terms are determined solely by the respective lending partner. Alpha-Pe does not guarantee loan approval or specific terms. Interest rates and charges displayed on our platform are indicative and may vary.
6. Fees & Charges
Alpha-Pe's loan comparison and credit score services are free for users. We earn commissions from our partner lenders upon successful loan disbursal. We do NOT charge any upfront fees from borrowers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website belong to Alpha-Pe Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alpha-Pe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loan rejection, delays in processing, or decisions made by our partner lenders.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
